bk9993 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
bk9993 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of stress or addiction. We are committed to helping you play safely and with awareness.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming can be an enjoyable form of entertainment, but if it goes out of control it can create serious problems in your personal, family, and financial life. bk9993 has placed responsible gaming at the highest priority from the very beginning. We want you to always play with awareness and enjoyment.
Responsible gaming means knowing when to stop, how much time and money to spend, and seeking help when gaming becomes a problem. bk9993 is ready to support you throughout this journey with the right tools and information.
Before playing on our platform, everyone should keep in mind: gaming is never a source of income, it is entertainment only. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. Responsible gaming is the key to genuine enjoyment.
Our Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your account. Once this limit is set, you will not be able to deposit more than the specified amount, which ensures your financial control. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but a 24-hour waiting period applies for increases.
Time Limits and Breaks
You can set a time limit for each session. Once the set time is up, the system will automatically alert you. You can also take a "cooling-off" break from 24 hours up to 30 days, during which your account will be temporarily inactive.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, use the self-exclusion option. Through this you can close your own account for an extended period. Once this decision takes effect, it cannot be cancelled before the specified period ends.
Set Betting Limits
You are given the option to set in advance the maximum amount you can bet within a given period. This limit keeps you from placing large bets on impulse and ensures a disciplined gaming experience.
24/7 Support Team
At any time, if you feel gaming is getting out of control, our specialist support team is always ready. Contact us directly in Bengali via live chat. Our trained team will understand your situation and help you make the right decision.
Age Verification (21+)
bk9993 is only for those aged 21 and above. Age is verified at registration. If you suspect a minor is using your account, notify our support team immediately. Protecting minors is our highest responsibility.
Assess Yourself
The questions below will help you evaluate your own gaming behaviour. If the answer to two or more questions is "yes", use the responsible gaming tools or contact our support team.
Are you returning to play again and again to recover money you have lost?
Are you spending more money on gaming than your set budget?
Are you hiding your gaming activity from family or friends?
Do you feel restless or anxious when you are unable to game?
Are you giving priority to gaming over work, study, or time with family?
Have you repeatedly tried to stop gaming but failed?

Use bk9993 Safety Settings
After logging in to your account, go to "Responsible Gaming" settings to activate the tools below.
Deposit Limit
Set your own daily maximum of ৳5,000, weekly maximum of ৳20,000, or monthly limit on your account. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing it will require a 24-hour verification process.
Time-Out / Temporary Break
You can temporarily close your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During this period no betting or depositing will be possible. Once the period ends, your account will automatically reactivate.
Self-Exclusion (Long-Term)
Close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be cancelled until the specified period ends. This option is most effective during serious problems.
